Hey Manifestors!

“Work hard to play hard”. It’s such a pervasive dogma isn’t it?

Mostly because – on the surface – it appears to be true! Think of your own journey through life. I bet you’ve probably experienced personal success and accomplishment from intense amounts of hard work.

Most of us contain this deeply conditioned belief system inside that says, “In order to reach worthwhile goals in life, it will require a lot of hard work and persistence”.

This belief fuels a solid work ethic (and a work ethic is always a desirable thing when it comes to exploring your capabilities).

Yet, when it comes to Heart-based Living and becoming a Master Manifestor, I find that working hard is completely over-rated, and at worst, it can even be rooted in belief systems that obscure the Heart and prevent manifestations from taking place that are more joyfilled and supportive.

The BIG illusion here is the belief that “we are not all-powerful infinite beings who can manifest anything we want.”

We’ve forgotten we are spiritual beings, who are tapped into a web of malleable, energetic frequency.

The external world is so compelling that it blinds us to what’s really going on, internally; in thinking it is real, we have forgotten to look behind the curtain as Toto finally did in the movie, “The Wizard of Oz”.

This means it is in our state of “I” – in the Heart – uncovered by the “I am”s of the Mind (the ego, false-self), that we gain the clarity to know what’s really going on.

The truth is that you and me; we are “Projectors”, with our thoughts (and  our state of vibration) representing the “slides” that showcase the data – the reality – we experience in front of us.

It follows then that in the same way that we are experiencing the idea that “hard work is the only way to manifest abundance” as a manifested projection of ‘Reality’, we can project a different reality by changing that belief.

The ability to create whatever version of “Reality” that you desire is a matter of merely pulling back your shades and seeing what beliefs you are holding as “true or real” in your imagination.

And what happens when people who hold the “hard worker” belief inevitably crash at times and undergo an upset?

They manifest financial hardships to reaffirm the belief they hold onto as “true”!

This is important to take to Heart, because this is a learned habit that insidiously finds its way even into the most well-intentioned practitioners of Effortless Living; Heart-based Living.

Sometimes Life can become so effortless that it starts not feeling “right”, at first. It’s as though an element is missing; the sense of deservedness is not there.

As a result, they become more neurotic about the life they want to manifest, and even practice “Law of Attraction” concepts with that “I need to work hard for it” program running like software in the background.

And then wonder why their results are lacklustre!

Here’s the truth: There is nothing wrong with hard work, or building an awesome work-ethic. These are desirable traits. It’s the belief systems they can be rooted in – belief systems of “lack” and “deservedness” – that can cause havoc on your manifestation abilities!

Therefore, relaxation is an important skill to develop to allow us to outgrow these old belief systems around “lack”; an important benchmark for Living from the Heart, and of Letting Go and Letting God.

In the next email, I am going to explore the two most effective methods of relaxation, bar none. For now, remember…

Armaan

Armaan Shiraz is a bit of a Heartscape adventurist and "spiritual guinea-pig". In his own words: "A teacher is not an authentic one without being a student of his own teachings. Embodiment precedes teaching and continues with it. Through teaching, I get to own what I articulate to my readers on a much deeper level. My students are my context; they teach me as much as I teach them. Without embodiment on-going owning, there is only regurgitation." With this ideal firmly held to Heart, Armaan continues to put the principles of manifesting to full use in his own life. From his trials and errors, his many successes and - especially - his failures, Armaan has gleamed the methods of manifesting that actually work from those that don't. He feels duty-bound and blessed to share his insights on his website: FateRemake.com.
